Wekerle Sándor Grand Economic Prize of the Carpathian Basin

Re-established in 2021 as a state award named after Sándor Wekerle, a Hungarian economist recognized across Europe, with three classes. Awarded to outstanding professionals and young talents under 35 who, through innovative thinking and exceptional work, support the development of economic and financial knowledge and contribute to the growth of Hungary’’s economy and human capital.
