I realised that theatre is a force that unites communities; it can bring thoughts and feelings to life, both within and beyond borders. And if the creation of responsible people, i.e. artists, can be brought to life, then a mysterious and sovereign relationship might be created between the stage and the audience that can triumph over any dictatorship in those three hours of the evening.
