Az igényes megrendelőnek épült nyaraló- és lakóépület (munkatárs: Fülöp Tibor) a lejtős terep adottságához igazodik. Az épület tömegképzése, struktúrája a hangsúlyos kőtalapzatra épült. A téglaburkolatos ház az erőteljes ácsszerkezettel kialakított megnyitásra épül, ami egyesíti a bejárati előtetőt és a ház teraszát, egyben a hasznos szépség mára ellentétté fajult kettősségét. A hossztömegben a dupla légterű lakótér, a felső részén sorakoznak a lakószobák. A gépkocsitárolás a házzal és kerítéssel egybeépített zöldtetővel fedett részen történik, biztosítva a legegyszerűbb feltárás mellett az esztétikus kialakítást.

Built for a discerning customer, the weekend house and residential building was designed to adapt to the slanting ground.
The mass and structure of the brickclad building is based on the sturdy stone foundation and the emphatic joists that unite the canopy above the entrance and the terrace. Thanks to the dedicate work of Assistant Architect Tibor Fülöp and the fastidiousness of the client, the building was executed with a keen eye for detail.
The twostorey living space is located along the longitudinal axis, while the bedrooms are found upstairs. Vehicles can be parked under the green roof, in a garage that is attached to both the side wall and the fence, easy on the eye while also ensuring easy access.
